My desire from my earliest memories was my love of inspiring and helping people live lives that were fulfilling and that they were enthusiastic about. Here’s a retrospective look at the last 50 years of my life...
In Grade School...
One of my 5th grade memories was designing ways to teach math to inner city kids in Oakland, CA using something that was relevant to them—CASH. I spent hours creating games and ways to help them achieve this goal and to feel empowered by learning their fractions or multiplication tables using money.
As a Teenager...
At 13, I became a tarot reader and during my lunch recess I was giving my friends and others readings with the hope of providing guidance during those tough years. Sometimes, I was too accurate and to young to know how to constructively handle the guidance I provided.
Professionally...
During my 20’s, I was guided into a successful career as a medical facilities interior designer. Spirit showed me innovative ways to ‘create healthcare environments that heal.’
Into my 30’s...
In the 1990’s, my focus on ‘speaking into people’s hearts and souls’ which led me to get a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapy. My goal was to help people access their own internal states of healing, well being and consciousness. Clients also got to directly experience their lives and how to resolve aspects of their karma and trauma during a single session. At the time, I was also working as a Residential Treatment Counselor and this academic and professional training helped me to better connect with the at-risk adolescents I cared for. To this day 20 years later, many of my kids are still in contact with me from those group homes and are living productive and successful lives.
Midlife Changes...
 An unexpected life transition happened in 1998 and I moved to Butte County to be closer
with my mother after my father suddenly passed away. I bought 30 acres and went from
being a city girl to a country girl overnight! This led me to channel a unique new age rune
oracle, The Runes of the Four Realms, which uses wood from my land for the actual runes.

Shortly thereafter in 2001, I began another helping job—this time as a social worker working
with foster kids and families. I loved the work but got tired of dealing with the bureaucracy
and began to get curious about what my next venture would be.
Turning 50...
I received an email in 2006 offering me a cruise to become a coach. I laughed, because one of
the ways that Great Spirit communicates with me is via email. Two weeks later, I was in a Coach
for Life spiritual life coaching training program and knew that I had found my professional passion.
Guiding people down their own paths to find fulfillment. I was a contributing author chapters
in two published books, Be Happy, Healthy and Wealthy: A Guidebook for Women and Word Colors.
In 2008, Great Spirit and the Angels enlisted of Light me again in another spiritual project, this
time writing a complete spiritual feature film script, SHILEAH. The purpose for this screenplay they told me was ‘that humanity is suffering and they need to see what a life of spirit and possibility really look like.’ (I am looking for a producer for this script. Here’s the completed SHILEAH screenplay if you want to give it a read.)
2010 and Beyond...
Presently, Great Spirit again expanded my horizons and I am now hosting a conscious living weekly radio show— Living Well Talk Radio on 96.7FM broadcasting in Chico, CA. The show focuses on Personal Fulfillment, Spiritual Growth and Development, Sustainable Living and Health and Well Being, You can listen to my archived radio shows under the media tab and learn more about the show from my Living Well Talk Radio Facebook page.

When I am not Coaching I Love to…
- Walking in ‘wild’ Nature on my own land and commune with my animals - 5 dogs, 5 llamas, sheep, goats and chickens.
- Being quiet and just spending time with Great Spirit and the Divine exploring the unseen worlds.
- Spending time with my friends and spiritual fellow travelers laughing and comparing notes about our current ‘ascension symptoms’ and spiritual pursuits.
- Eating out with friends - trying new restaurants or going to our wonderful local restaurants.
- Doing my radio show and watching my guests initial terror over doing their segment turn into elation about having a great interview.
